About the Principal

Dear Kramer Families:

Thank you for a successful beginning to the school year.  I am very excited to join the Kramer family and look forward to working with you and your children this year!!  With your continued support, Kramer Elementary will continue to be a wonderful learning environment for our children!

There are a few items to note:

• The school day for students will now end at 3:00pm.  District Elementary school students will be engaged in classroom instruction 8:00am until 3:00pm. Students arriving after 8:00am will need to obtain a Tardy Pass and sign a Late Arrival Roster. 
• Students will be allowed in the building beginning at 7:15am.  For safety reasons, students will not be allowed inside prior to this time.
• Students will continue to report to their pick-up locations (PK-2 students – gym, 3-5 students – Auditorium) for pick-up at 7:50am.  For safety reasons, students, parents, and visitors are not allowed to wait for teachers outside the classrooms, hallways, gym and/or auditorium. 
• Students will be picked up by their teacher each morning (4^th/5^th will walk to their classrooms) so that everyone is in their classrooms and learning at 8:00am!
• Students should be in uniforms daily (except for designated spirit days – TBD).  **Uniforms do include wearing a belt, tucking in shirts, and NO JEANS or SWEATPANTS**
• Students may only be dropped off and picked up at the two designated Car Drop-off and Pick-up locations. There is no car drop-off or pick-up on Midbury Drive. 
• PK/K students will be dismissed on the St. Judes side of the building.  1^st-3^rd & Mixed Age students will be dismissed on the Tunica side of the building.  4^th & 5^th grade students will be dismissed out the back of the building towards Mason Dells.  If you have multiple children, please pick up your children at the location of the youngest child.  Again, please utilize the car pick-up location.  **Please see the attached maps**
• Students not picked up by 3:10pm will be escorted to the Auditorium.  Parents will need to come inside the school to pick up their children and sign a Late Pick-up Roster.

Querido Familias de Kramer:

Gracias por empezar el ano escolar con éxito. Estoy  muy emocionada de ser parte de la familia Kramer y espero trabajar con ustedes y sus hijo/a este ano!! Con su continuamente de apoyo Kramer Elementary seguirá siendo un lugar maravilloso de aprender para sus niños.

Unas cosas importantes para saber:

• El dia escolar para los estudiantes terminara ahora a las 3:00pm. El Districto de Elementary estudiantes estaran en clases de instrucción de 8:00am a 3:00pm. Estudiantes que llegan después de las 8:00am tendrán que de obtener una tardy y firmar la hoja de tarde.
• Estudiantes podrán entrar a la escuela alas 7:15am. Por razones de seguridad , estudiantes no podrán entrar antecede esta hora.
• Estudiantes seguirán a reporter a su lugar donde estaran recogidos( pre-k-2 estudiantes-gym, 3-5 estudiantes Auditorio ) para ser levantados a las 7:50am. Por razones de seguridad, estudiantes, padres, y visitantes no están permitidos esperar a la maestro afuera de su salón, pasios, gym, o auditorio.  
• Los estudiantes estaran recogidos por el/la maestro todas las mañanas(4 y 5 caminaran a su salón) para que todos pueden estar en su salones y aprendiendo a las 8:00am!
• Estudiantes deben de trae uniformes todo los días(solamente en días indicadas spirit day-TBD).**Uniformes serán usados con cinturones, traer su camisa fajado y no pantalón tejanos o pantalones de sudar**
• Estudiantes pueden estar dejados y recogidos solamente en dos lugares de carros dejados y carro recogidos. No Habrá estudiantes dejados  en carro o levantados por la calle de Midbury Dr. **Porfavor mire las mapas y las hoja de información.**
• PK/K estudiantes saldrán por la puerta de St.Judes a lado de la escuela. 1-3 y mixed age estudiantes saldrán por la calle Tunica . 4 y 5 estudiantes saldrán por la puerta de atrás por la calle Mason Dells. Si usted tiene más de un niño puede usted recoger los niños con el más pequeño. **Por favor de usar la mapa.
• Estudiantes que no han recogido par alas 3:10pm estaran en el auditorio. Padres tendrán que venir para dentro de la escuela para firmar y levanten a sus niño/a.

Otra vez, gracias por su apoyo para Kramer Elementary. Espero que usted y su familia se divirtieron estés descanso de verano y están listos para el ano de ilustrativo!!Espero en conocer a usted y sus Nino/a! Por favor de ver la información que estaran mandando el próximo semana de las programas que tendremos después de escuela y otros oportunidades para sus niño/a.
